Yeahhhhh. Thanks Trimersurus. I thought there was. My little 3 year granddaughter will be pleased.
I always knew it as "when I see a tea cup, hear me shout, tip me up and hear me shout"
I'm with bundle on this one, well sort of, I was brought up with 'when I see a teacup hear me shout, tip me up and pour me out'. My grandaughter loves doing the actions.

When the kettle's boiling
Hear me shout
Tip me up
And pour me out!

Yes, "tip me up and pour me out" is what I remember. T'was just the middle bit I couldn't get. Cheers.
I'm a little tea pot short and stout, here's my handle, here's my spout. When my whistles blowing here me shout, pick me up and pour me out. That's what i've been taught.
When you sing the line 'when the water's boiling' you have to jump up and
down at the same time!
