I see that someone is trying to sell a signed 1st edition Harry Potter book on ebay for £20,000. What is the approximate value of a Harry Potter book signed by JK Rowling which is not a 1st edition?

their value is likely to be unstable because she could sign a million more any time she likes. But they can't print any more first editions.

Someone was on Dickenson's Real Deal recently with 2 first editions (can't remember if they were signed). They went to auction and raised £110 for the two.
