Video watch & quicktime movie to AVI?

Hello I have bought a Video watch which I can put movies, photos and music on. And well I am having trouble the photos went on well, but the music when saved across via usb doesn't work, the demo music was mp3 and my itunes music is mp4? I dont know if that it the problem?

But also for the movies won't play either they just don't appear on the watch like they are not reconised. The watch came with a disk with a so called driver and movie converter, I have saved these across to the pc. The movies converter seem to only convert AVI and not my home movies that are quicktime movies.

Is there a quick free way the convert these to AVI and also is there any advise on the music and why it is not transfreing and playing I save them on the watch but when I look to play the tracks they are not there I dont think my mp4 are compatible or something. But the watch is actually called an 'Mp4 Watch '
