Yeahhhhhhh, this should be in Motoring/Cars/Petrol Prices/Change Due.. but it aint... lol

How come it's only petrol that is sold to one decimal place of a penny per litre ? I can't find another single item for sale anywhere that is defined by a tenth of a penny !

If your total petrol purchased came to 20.425 would you expect to be charged 20.42 or 20.43 ?

Are the big places making lots of money off us over all these extra pennies being charged ?

of course they are!! I dont know what isnt screwing us over for money these days..
I put 30.01 diesel in my car the other day. Usually, if you are careful you can round it up. I moaned to the lady on the desk and she said it had happened to loads of people that day. I reckon it has got so expensive now that a single drop costs more than 1p! Diesel has gone up 4p in less than a week round here - and yet this poor excuse for a Government would still have us believe that inflation is only 2% or whatever!
