Am I the only one who is sick and tired of the yank political coverage in the news?? Who cares a damn , all the canvassing and cr*p that comes with it ...... they really are a sick nation , get a life and stop interfering with everyone elses......

Its not about that Dot, its about the "over the topism" that really infuriates me , its far too candy floss stage managed and they are sickningly over enthusiastic, Why do the BBC and sky think that we will be interested in all the run up elections in america, do the yanks have to endure our by- elections on there tv ??
Perhaps it's because it is the most influential nation in the world at the present time and its politics, for some reason, affect all of us to a certain degree. Sort of like British policies regarding the world in the 1800's. Everone gets a turn at ruling the world.
No Tufty, you are not on your own.. The British media are obsessed with the shallow goings on in the US, dont forget, Bush did not win the original election of 2001, yet the easily brainwashed electorate gave him a second term!
The whole system is a sham/scam.
Yet they try & impose the same system on countries who see how shallow the voting system is, in the west.
They, as us see, to become the presedent of the US $s are more influential than MORALS
