hi guys,

right bit unusual, so bear with me....

i figured this would be the best place to ask as im guessing there are a few p.e teachers, , instructors so hopefully you lot can offer some ideas...

im a fitness instructor and am used to working with adults, circuit training etc ,
however i am doing an assesment tommorow as part of my fitness work with children, so i needs some ideas for some warm ups??

pulse raisers etc, not sports specific, just as an overall circuit, i have the circuit planned , just need some ideas for the warm up- (approx 10 mins long)
my only ideas are the old school yard games etc, problem is it needs to be pretty softcore so british bulldog is out :(

just any ideas you guys may have would be most appreciated , and if you can offer rules and the way games are played, that would be brilliant and a great help.

so a group of approx 15 kids, 14 y.o, both boys and girls,
environent is a normal school sports hall, i have footballs, mats, cones etc, just need some ideas , but preferably non sports specific so the ones who dont like football can get involved as well,

so things like relay games, dodgeball, races etc,

any detailed ideas will be brilliant guys and a great help, ive had this thrown onme today and ive basically hit a wall, so need some ideas ???

thanks in advance

cheers guys
:)

p.s or any details of any games you used to play as kids in the school yard..?

;)

thanks
