Flooding

Does anyone know if there is a web site that shows historical flooding and possible future flooding areas.
I am lucky enough to have the Thames flowing past the bottom of my road, however it is rising rapidly with all this rain were having and I am scared it may burst it's banks and flood my road and ultimatley reach my house. I was also curious to see if it has historically ever happened before. Any ideas?

Thanks, seems like there is a flood warning in my area, and my house could possibly be at risk.
Time to ring my insurance to double check my policy........Only just redecorated the hallway and stairs!!

Anyone got a boat for sail? ;o)
