Buying off plan - negotiating a better deal

We are looking at buying a condo in Florida off-plan. We have been told that we would be in a good position to bargain the price down and bag a deal on the furnishings. Anyone out there able to give me a rough idea on the percentage that it is feasible to try and get knocked off the price??
