Chicken Chow mein recipe please

Would anyone have a good authentic Chicken chow mein recipe please.
I recently tried this dish from our local chinese (super wok) and it was so delicious.

Ken Hom is probably the most well-known chef, in this country, as far as Chinese cooking is concerned, so he ought to know how to create a good Chicken Chow Mein:

I make this for a notorious fussy eater, chicken breast sliced, fry in wok until brown, bit of ginger, garlic, stir, add sliced onions, beansprouts, mushrooms, water chestnuts, bit of soy sauce, fry 2 mins, add noodles more soy and salt and pepper to taste, fry 2 mins.
