What’s Everyone’s Plans For This Gorgeous Friday ?

Saying as I’m feeling very positive today , what’s your plans for yet another beautiful one?
I’ll likely stay indoors so Lola doesn’t follow me so then we both keep cool, we get the sun in the back nearly all day so the living room is cool, I have a delivery coming of a new tv for the bedroom this morning, meanwhile I’ll prepare a salad and do some bits and bobs around the house

Not much planned apart from a food shop. I want to get more salad stuff as I sure ain't cooking in this heat.

We got some yesterday Sharon but I like something hot with mine ,be it a jacket potato and prawns or some kind of chicken cooked in a sauce

I'll find a quiet, dark corner to spend most of the day and wonder how the chap building a new upstairs bathroom for us keeps going in this heat. He's the most amazing, kind and talented workman.
Then it's off to The Holy Well for a pint of cold G.

Yes Naomi , they have but when I went to the doctors his words were ‘ They’re not too bad at all really, I was expecting a lot bigger’

Same as every ridiculously hot day. As little as possible. Mind you that is often the plan for more temperate days too. Have been meaning to plant some veg; maybe a 5% chance of doing that. Get dragged out shopping often so that must be about a 33% chance. Had I been able to find a supermarket which actually had coconut cream on it's shelves, instead of just pretending on it's website that it sold it, there might have been some interaction with a pina colada or two, but as it is... :-(

I'm going nowhere today. I tend not to go out in the heat if I can avoid it. We have builders working outside. Poor souls are melting! They're still drinking copious amounts of tea though! :o)

I'm debating whether or not to do the hovering I didn't do yesterday.
Otherwise, it will be vegetating for me. I'd go to the park, but by the time I get moving it's too damn hot.

I'm staying in today. I had an MRI on my bonce this morning and I feel a bit whooshy. Don't know why as it never happened before. My meds are also playing up a bit so can't be too far away from the loo in case they wear off.
