I see that the company is 'regulated' but who, I wonder, regulates psychic readers? Is it Ofghost, perhaps, or OuijaWatch? Or is it all down to the spooks at MI6?
Atheist:
The company's 'get out of jail free card' (which, to the best of my knowledge, isn't in any Tarot pack) is in the small print of their website. After telling you just how much you need one of their Tarot readings, and how wonderful they are, they add this in their small print: "This service is for entertainment purposes only"

I thought perhaps the psychic company might be advertising their services to the public. But I think the regs exclude that sort of stuff from regulation, uunfortunately.
Psychic and clairvoyant are (unsurprisingly) not protected descriptions in the UK so I could call myself either or both of them.
They have to abide by legislation that applies to someone charging for a service and there are also guidelines administered
by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) which regulates premium rate services.
