Watching the blackbird have a dip in the birdbath outside the back door.
It's no big thing but nice, all the same.

It's things like that that make me happy sandy. I love blackbirds and have had a male one for ages now and he comes for a feed and then packs his beak full of food and flies off to the nest with it. I remember one year a male blackbird brought his three 'babies' with him once they had fledged and he was frantically feeding them all, despite the fact that they were as big as him - lovely.

Fixing gas & electric costs into a 2 year fixed deal until August 2023 prior to any of the recent increases aka energy crisis.

We run a 4 bedroom house , family room , office , ensuite etc , just the 2 of us and monthly bill for May was £34 for month.
Have solar panels installed for free when we bought this new build.
Also the solar power heats hot water for free.
New houses are so easy to heat.

That’s my happiness for this morning anyway :-)

Yesterday was selling a DVD I paid £20 for 8 years ago on eBay for £235.
