This is Mayo, he has loads of Cattitude. He is getting his hair cut after being ill and not getting groomed as often as he should. He is not a happy cat.

I bet he feels better after his treatment.

Bless him, but he's not that bad. The groomer isn't wearing gauntlets!

She clips the Murder Mittens first. I think that he is just grumpy.

My Princess Merlin would have killed the groomer and had her for lunch.
Our Norwegian Forest often needs her mats shaved. She just lies there and purrs while it is done. Loves it
Lovely cat! Mine would have found a new hidey-hole as soon as hearing about meeting a new person.
if he's not drugged he must be very docile

She is a dog groomer, which is safer, but she does groom quite a few cats.

I had to give a cat a bath when I was a teenager - my back and arms were shredded. He was a bit on the wild side but I was naive enough to think that it would be okay because he was usually really loving and sweet with me. Shaka was his name!

Yet, surprisingly, some cats are either resigned to their fate or are just laid back and chilled and not at all bothered with the pampering session.
he probably thought he'd been booked in for a trim . . .
Love his heart...I thought he was quite mellow, compared to a lot of other cats in that situation. He looked a bit grumpy :-))
