Fanny Brogan is a middle aged fun loving woman full of daft carry on who'll do anything for a laugh. Fanny likes to make people happy.
Fanny starts work at the local hospital on the tea trolley.
She goes to the geriatric ward where the men are a miserable bunch.
Feeling sorry for them she decides they need a bit of fun in their lives.
Next day Fanny puts on a skinny thong, nipple cups with tassels, and paints a big 'F' with face paints on her midriff and dons her overall.
