morning all, its another early start, so not sure many will be on here till later, but
it looks like the day is going to be a good one, weather wise, so lets hope it
will be sunny for some al fresco dining. Even if its just to the local gardens to chill out.

its still cloudy here as the forecast predicted, but its due to clear later on, fingers crossed.

ok eleanor, not sleeping well still, but i am now used to it, i don't fret so much, so just get on with the day, how are you?

Going to get stuck in to the garden today, had that much wet weather it's overgrown.

i live in a flat and don't have a garden, but there are local ones i can sit in to have lunch and generally relax.

I'm glad your meds have taken the edge of things for you, not everything you wanted but maybe there's good days and bad days eh?
I've had health probs too, but getting there hopefullly.

yes i feel better for taking them, sadly one new one maybe interfering with my sleep pattern, i can't stop taking it, as its a anti coagulant for blood thinning..
