I am expecting a large refund onto my card it has been over 5 business days is it too early to contact the company and make sure they sent it to the right place?

hi emmie thank you very much for your thoughts i did as you said and it seems there is / was a problem and its being looked into thank you so much for giving me the courage to call and a second opinion

i know we had the weekend, but best to clarify the situation now. If i was waiting for a large refund i would be badgering them before.

well i didn't want to be a nuisance and seem like i was worrying and some places say it can take up to 15 business days for refunds so I wasn't sure what to do to be honest. I did think it would be in my account yesterday though and it is still not. It can be worrying.
