Good result that Pasta.
Tesco don't question things. They refund whenever I've raised an issue.

I've never had to mention anything. It's the driver saying/apologising that something is broken..."and here's a refund".
Ok Pasta you will be sticking with the company then?
I get my water from the kitchen tap. No leaks!
Until the washer leaks lol
Sometimes taps leak :-)
Yes, I thought of that, so I have my tap placed over a sink with a plug hole!
Even taps with ceramic valves will drip if you are in a hard water area and calcium builds up.
Have had a similar experience with the Co-op. Dropped a bottle of wine in the store and they didn't think about charging me. Also bought some prawns that I thought were past their best. They gave me my money back and also gave me a bottle of wine.
Good customer relations and you will tell your friends about your experience.
I knocked over a display of glass candles in Morrisons. I was desperately trying to stop them from falling. No one in store blinked an eye lid. They just picked them up with me standing there like a naughty child apologising.

Amazingly none of them broke. A few hit me on the head though.
They must be a nightmare to light.
You just need long matches.

Like I'm doing now...:)
Ummmm...do accidents find you?

I get bottled water because 1...the water here tastes like chemicals, and 2...I prefer sparkling water.

Can you still get sparkling water? Perrier seems to have vanished from the shelves.
Afraid so, Pasta. If it's there to be knocked over, knocked into, tripped over....I'm the one for the job :-)
Question Author
I get the stores own Scottish spring water. I'm not sure about Perrier, but I've gotten the Italian one...san Pellegrino.
Jack....it's soda water, available in all supermarkets.

You can hire yourself out after lockdown ;)
