i'm having a second jab on Monday for this, the last one lasted about 6 months does anyone know how many jabs we can have ,my whole hand is very painful and I have very little grip .x

I believe the NHS only recommend 2 and after that it’s surgery. You have my sympathies, Malay (for what it’s worth).
I get it too but very very mildly. Have managed to manage it by doing as little as possible where I have to grip narrow things like pens....but I expect you already know this.

it's my right hand and it is affecting everything from trying to butter bread ,opening things and writing x
the only pen writing I do is to sign my name or brief notes. Have you tried putting a padded handle on your knife?
You can have as many as you like, providing that they relieve your symptoms, but as soon as the injections become less effective then surgery is on the cards.

When you are having your injection on Monday ask then about allowable number of injections.

Sqad I think there is "can" from the medical perspective and "can" from the NHS perspective!

I haven't tried acupuncture i'll see what doc says on Monday ,thankyou for all your relpies xx
