So I was just sitting in a supermarket café having coffee, looking out on to the car park, why would someone with a brand new Volkswagen 4x4 choose to try and park in the smallest of spots just because it was right near the entrance to the store ( not disabled ) and the driver was about early 30s jumped out and ran to the entrance, so no health problems I wouldn't think.
Two thirds of the car park was empty.

It took the driver at least four attempts to squeeze between the already parked car and a paved area with surrounded kerb stones, in the process of trying to park the driver mounted the kerb with both front and rear wheels several times of the one side of the car.

Now this WW had got top of the range alloy wheels god knows what state they were in by the time the parking was completed. Who in their right mind would struggle this way when 10/15 yards away the car park is empty, and all for the sake of that distance they prefer to risk damage to a lovely car, and I've seen this time and time again, ( really puzzled )

Their wheels, who cares?
God knows. New hair do?
If he wasn't disabled, he shouldn't park there, Balders.
I might be in trouble here because of you, Nicebloke. Are you saying the car-park wasn't disabled or the blokey.
Possibly the most exciting thing they've done all day.
I don't get it either.

Spicerack, it does say 'not disabled' in the OP, but I guess if you're in a SM Cafe you have not got much of a life to be fair.
I wasn't sure whether the OP was saying the parking spot wasn't disabled but near the store front or the person driving wasn't and the space either wasn't or was.

I is confuzzled...
Paying for a cup of supermarket coffee? Bit like buying a bag of grated cheese :)
Hah!
Lol sher
What about the numpties who wait for a disabled space with hazards on.. when theres plenty of other spaces close by...eventually park up..then run into the shop.
You really should have asked her, nicebloke1.
