I live in rented property and my neighbours property is also rented. There is a fence on neighbours side which has broken and fallen onto my path, including a concrete post which has crumbled.
My neighbour has asked her landlord to repair it, but nothing done so far. The broken fence is a trip hazard. Any ideas how I can now tackle the on going issue.
