There's a simple solution to this sort of behaviour - the match is not played and given to Manchester.

Tilly - No, but it could. The Liverpool fans have learned that upsetting the Manchester team have got them a victory. If they were deemed to have lost the match (and the second leg) they would be out of the competition and could not intimidate a team in the next round.
Manchester fans are squeaky clean of course, watch this thread next tuesday!
