Silly Joke
A piece of string goes into the pub and asks for a pint of beer. The barman says "I am not serving you, you are a piece of string, get out".
The string leaves the pub and walks up the road till someone asks him why he is so sad.
"The barman wont serve me as I am a piece of string" he says.
So the other person ties him into a granny knot, then uses a pair of scissors to cut the end of the string till it is sticking out all over the place.
The string goes back to the pub, and again asks for a pint of beer.
The barman says "Aren't you the string I threw out earlier".
No, I am a frayed knot !
