Help please for an Acer Aspire with Windows Vista. Last week I could not get onto the internet via wireless. A computer expert (?) came round and couldn't find the problem,so I now get it non wireless. However, the computer froze totally six times in two days and I kept having to turn off manually. A nightmare! And such a problem trying to read and send Emails! It keeps stuttering while I type this. Maybe I should put it in fast. So slow responding and I have major panic when it stops. Thank you.

Personally i would restore the factory settings after copying any needed personal files to external.

If you did this I'm fairly confident that your computer will be back to normall including your wireless connection.

For option to restore click programs - Acer - Acer empowering technology - Acer Erecovery management.

OR ->

Hold down the Alt key and start tapping F10 as soon as you switch on for the same option.

Password, if it asks, is 000000 (six zeros)
