I had to leave my job 6 months agodue to the ongoing bullying of an evil woman. The organisation itself was a joke and 98% of the staff are unhappy. I hear that my colleague at my level, the former golden boy (as I was the golden girl) is now going through the same thing as me. We all used/are using the grievance procedures. I just wondered if there was anything I could do anonomously. e.g. they are clearly not using disabled access buildings, and have equipment they won't fix to save money. Could I report them to Health & Safety Executive or a disabled group, to do a spot check? can anyone help me with my revenge!

Take them to an employment tribunal for 'constructive dismissal'. from what you have described you have a very good chance of winning the appeal and could be in for a few bucks. It is also not difficult to take them to a tribunal.

Look into anyone being paid below the minimum wage.

Would they be paying anyone who they know would be committing benefit fraud or tax evasion?

What about any awards which thay have, such as Investors in People, or ISO 9002?  If they are not keeping up their quality or training obligations, then they could loose their awards at the next inspection.

Is your former boss a big drinker?  Report her to the police if you suspect they are drink driving, particularly to work the next morning.

Put the tax man onto them

thanks, all fab suggestions.  Did think about the IIP/ISO awards but then realised that they do not have them, as if!!  This is actually a well known branch of a national charity we are talking about, wish I could do something to this boss!!  She is a bad penny in an otherwise great national organisation.

My former employers copied, purchased, uses and smuggles into the U.S. illegal software. After I left I reported them to Microsoft. I'm considering reporting them to other companies. You might consider that, most companies do that and aren't entirely aware of what they're doing isn't legal. You can report them without giving your name and if you do they won't disclose it. [email protected]

Also if they don't have a safe environment you could report them to OSHA.

The EEOC is a good government agency to report them if they violated anyone due to race, sex or age.

What helped me too is I created a Blog page and I made a diary of that company's practices. It's good therapy because it gets plenty off your chest. Strangely Google lists those blog sites at the top of the search pages. I used Blogeasy.com and it's pretty easy to use. I'm assuming legal because it's freedom of speech.

Good Luck
