Saudi Arabia would have in the past seemed a good move. But with the fall of Tunisia and now Egypt then Saudia Arabia is a prime candidate because of the domino effect of these Arab countries in the Middle East.

Anyway now his bank accounts have been frozen in Switzerland he needs to find a country that can provide free handouts..
