I always thought this book I read about 7 years ago was called "Faceless", but now I'm starting to wonder if it is. I know for sure it starts with "Face[ ]" but the rest I'm unsure. I also thought the author was a Michael, but that also I am unsure. The book was mystery horror I guess you could say, about a serial surgeon who took the faces off of his victims. He would kidnap them, weaken them, then let them go, only to chase them down like a hunter to take his prize, their face. However, one victim got away and makes it their goal to get back at this killer. I would love to read it again, however I can't find it anywhere!! Any ideas??

Is it the Face Changers by Thomas Perry?
I don't think it's Thomas Perry. Try posting that question here. Media URL: http://www.whatsthatbook.com/
Description:
By law, a copy of every book published in this country must be deposited with the British Library.

The British Library's online catalogue lists only two books with the title 'Faceless'. One, by Amma Darko, is about street life in the slums of Accra (so it certainly doesn't seem to fit your description). The other, by Martina Cole (published in 2001), doesn't have a plot summary but is classified in the genre of 'suspense fiction', so it seems far more likely. However the plot summary on Martina Cole's website doesn't look too promising:
http://www.martinacole.co.uk/faceless.htm

That suggets that the actual title is something other than 'Faceless'. With such limited information I can only suggest that you start your own search with the BL's Integrated Catalogue:
