I am fairly new the politics and you will have to bare with me.

But the way I see politics is with alot of the old and new policies there's always the people who gain and the people that lose out, of which the latter is always me. I wish Labour would really think about everyone in society for a change and not just the 'one' side but it seems that this is always what they have done and that is their main tactic in the election, try and please the masses and stuff anyone else however much they actually help the economy,

I constantly feel I'm of a broken seesaw as the unemployed/benefit driven/illegal alien/debt ridden half of society are on the high end of the seesaw getting helped constantly even though they haven't helped themselves while my half of society the hard working/not bought house/waiting to have children/never had benfits we are in the mud, we have worked hard to go from having nothing to having money because were have common sense and morals to plan for the future and save and wait to have children and the build our finances just to have Gordon Brown allow house prices to rise and then reduce any possible savings we could make to later buy a house by taxing us to pay for other people to sit around on the dole. And more recently any savings I have I am getting no interest at all.

Thanks alot Gordon 'frown'

When did you start to think about politics and is there ever a right or a wrong way to vote? Surely politics is all about your individual feelings and circumstances, as a general rule you might be Labour, Conservative, Lib dem but I dont think any party is ever perfect??? Who ever is in power there will be folks unhappy somewhere, as in war there will never be peace on earth and there will never be peace in politics.

Nobody should live in idleness on unearned income, but nobody should want either.
All politicians are greedy bastads who earn much more than the average person who vote for them

They are more than happy to sit their and allow this country they represent to suffer as it has in the last ten years thanks to Tony Blair and his New Labour Party and allow thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants to come here and bleed our country dry

The only time politicians give a fook about people are when there`s an election due and they will knock on your door and play the nicey nicey caring MP and ask for your vote

They are all crooks and this country is so far down sh!t creek if a political party started up tommorow calling themselves the "We`ve got two paddles party" it`ll take them another ten years to get us out of it
Welcome to the real world. If you work and pay tax you get screwed. Politicians of both sides rant and rave when in opposition and promise a fair deal for all if elected. They profess to hate privilege and inherited wealth but quickly amass fortunes for themselves, including two jaguars and big houses!!
Don't believe a word any of them say. Just vote how you feel at the time of the election. It does them good to be booted out of power now and again - whichever party is in power.
I have always inclined to socialist thoughts, favour capitalism over communism, and consider myself a floating voter.
Never got me anywhere!!
Thank you what...the....you have just described life in the U.S. also. I too am tired of hearing the whining about how someone is going to be able to pay for their umteenth kid's medical care and so forth.

I am beginning to think that few people ever project into the future on how they will be able to afford to support their kids. Of course, they will rely on the government.
