If you have an allegation of assault against you (abh), and the victim has made no statement and is not going to court how likely is conviction! No medical records, just interviewed on tape, no statement, no witnesses to assault just may of heard arguing? If victim is forced to attend court she is going to say she cant be sure what happened that night as she was drunk and thats why she didnt make a statement as she could not be 100% sure anything happened? i have been bailed pending further enquires??

I should wait until the police complete their enquiries then try asking your question if they decide to charge you with any offence.
