whatever happened to declan swan off the claims direct adverts? also if anyone knows what happened to carl scaife aswell from the same adverts it would be helpful.

Declan Swan is currently fighting his mother in the courts over the compensation. As he was too young to recieve the money at the time, he has now turned 18.
