I see in Scotland they are talking about discouraging smoking by not having 10's, putting them under the counter etc.

WOTG solution: make them �50 a packet and make smuggling a 25 year jail term, tada!

They're not just talking about it, it's happening in August!

I noticed a few tobacco Companies are getting around this problem by introducing packs of 14 though.
