Britons have least to spend on themselves in 17 years
Soaring bills, debt and the mortgage crisis has meant that families have less money to spend on themselves than at any time in the last 17 years. Over the last six years the cost of bills and payments that can't be avoided has soared, it has meant that left over money has been at its lowest since 1991. What do think?
