what sports do other european countries teach in school?

watching the rugby yesterday got me thinking. we have rugby, football and cricket in this country, but what do other european countries like, say, germany, have? i know they play football, but do they play rugby, cricket, anything else? france have rugby and football, but do they have any other team sports? are there sports which are taught in schools in other european countries, that are played at international level that we don't know about because we don't play them?
