The Sport Section has undergone a makeover which has not been very well received by the people there. We might start seeing more sporty questions here for a while.

yeah sorry news readers but we were discussin it on the sport section yesterday an it was suggested we use another section other than sport as it is just not what it was. Answerbank is bound to of noticed a reduction in the users on the sport page by now?
I already posted a question on the news page - is sport taking over the news? No response last time I looked.
Yes let's use this for sport, I hate the new Sports AB. I just want to see the sports questions in a list as they where, I don't want to hunt around loads of subsections. Sorry ED, keep sports AB if you must but put the sports category back here as was.
ahh don't spam up the news with sport just cos your section has gone to pot... why not use one of the quiet sections instead - like politics? no one would notice you there

IggyB, the whole point of it is to be noticed, then maybe AB ED will do somethin about it. Sorry.
may i suggest that setting out to irritate other users isn't the best way to go about things...
and really whatever you do I doubt that the old style will be returned, remember the chatterbank etc. how much nagging went on to get that back...
jimmysipples,

IggyB may have a point.

If you want to make your absense noticed by not using the sportsbank until the interface is made more user-friendly, then borrowing an under-used section (Current Affairs) would meet your objective.

You could
- post in this familiar way
- not p*ss off the News people
- a blip in current affairs would get you noticed
Then again AB Ed could just delete your posts from News such as the Chelsea v Liverpool score earlier.

Has gone to Sports section, where the link no longer works on my puter.

P*ssing in the wind me thinks.
