... Palestinians from their homeland, in a massive piece of ethnic cleansing, how many should we accept as refugees?

it is common tactic of every genocidal ideology to deny that its victims are people. zionism is no different. they used to call israel "a land without a people for a people without a land"... but there were people on it and they had just as much right to be there. nothing can justify Adam from Texas turning up in the west bank and snatching the farm of some poor Arab...

"Were Israel attacking Gaza immediately before the Palestinians committed the most atrocious acts imaginable on innocent festival goers on 7th October?"

yes. they opened fire on peaceful demonstrators, they kept gaza under an economic blockade, and they arrested and tortured people without trial. such conditions make terrorism all but inevitable. what did they think was going to happen?

Untitled, terrorists have a habit of making terrorism inevitable.

15:25 how many babies did they behead?

Question Author

Nary a one.  I wonder how many babies have been dismembered by Israeli bombs?

while hamas did without doubt commit atrocities they did not behead babies.

naomi

if you treat people like garbage, oppress rape and kill them, and then you shoot them when they protest peacefully, some of them will eventually hit back, and do so in ways that are morally wrong. israel is not the victim in this situation. they're the ones who came along and forced themselves on the palestinians.

For goodness sake stop with this circular argument about babies.  The fact is - and it is a fact - had Hamas stayed at home on 7 October they would all still be alive.

Untitled, you weren't listening when I said the Palestinians live their lives, running their businesses, going to work, taking their children to school - but the reason security is high on the agenda is because some of them choose to follow other less sociable activities.  That is their choice.

I think the turkish barbers are just a useful conduit but many barbers have dealing as a secondary (?) source of income.

^^ oops!

"you weren't listening when I said the Palestinians live their lives, running their businesses, going to work, taking their children to school"

yes naomi and they are also constantly brutalised, interned without trial, blockaded, treated as subhumans and sometimes killed for no reason. that "normal life" you describe is attacked on all fronts by israel. you wouldn't want to live as the palestinians do, and nor would the israelis. they inflict these conditions on them because their agenda is - and always has been - to replace them

Untitled, you read too much Boy's Own.

what a crappy comeback

let me put it this way naomi... you have said before that you thought the palestinians have been treated appallingly. but do you disagree with them being treated appallingly or do you approve of it?

> Palestinians live their lives, running their businesses, going to work, taking their children to school

Oh, it sounds lovely ...

'The National Center for Forensic Medicine, part of Israel’s Ministry of Health, allowed journalists to view bodies of Hamas attack victims. The Media Line, an American news agency covering the Middle East, reported Oct. 20 that Dr. Chen Kugel, the center’s director, said the victims ranged in age from 3 months to 90 years old, and many bodies are without heads.

"Asked if they were decapitated, Kugel answered yes. Although he admits that, given the circumstances, it’s difficult to ascertain whether they were decapitated before or after death, as well as how they were beheaded, ‘whether cut off by knife or blown off by RPG,’ he explained," the Media Line reported. (RPG stands for rocket-powered grenade.)'

Untitled, That the Palestinians are // constantly brutalised, interned without trial, blockaded, treated as subhumans and sometimes killed for no reason. //

From where do you get all this Krapp ?

Why don't Hamas simply hand over the remaining hostages (or their bodies? Continuing to hold them doesn't seem to be doing them or their "people" any good.

Untitled, a crappy comeback it may but when I'm talking to someone who, without any experience, thinks he knows it all, it's the best I'm willing to do.  Greater effort is futile.
