A second Ukrainian has been charged in connection with the arson attacks on the PMs properties and car in London.

Both the accused are young men, in their 20s. Could they be cats paws being used by sinister Kremlin figures?

Hitting a nation that is giving support is hardly a way to persuade it ti increase support.  It's counterproductive and as an explanation, makes no sense.

 

Much more likely to be Ukrainians with Russian sympathies. Like some Crimeans.
