The thing is here there appears no real sentence for someone who actually attacks someone and shows no remorse but years behind bars for mums and dads with children who got no bail, fast tracked, showed remorce(even removed it before asked) and all for an opinion.

The Daily Mail are correct in drawing a parallel with Lucy Connolly; the punishment meted out to her was cruel and unjustified for a few hurty words, and I don't buy the utter BS that is was incitement.

 

Why aren't the pretendy-women from last week, holding placards to "burn" JKR receiving the swift (in)justice that Connolly received."?

Nope - best to read the links properly. The stats don't cover overall number of crimes committed but the ratio of those convicted recieving custodial sentences for similar crimes.

So like I say - two tier justice system has been around for decades.
