Sounds like the old "white privilige" carp. They spout this rowlocks yet not a single law has anything mentioning different treatment by any ethnicity.
More like special pleading because they is black/brown/swarthy and have different cultural norms to whitey mcwhiteface and should therefore have their own set of rules.
Anyway, back-burnered so we'll just have to revert to letting them go with a warning couched in such a way that they know they're special and they can carry on shoplifting and generally fleecing the country with impunity.
The problem is they will just go ahead and do it anyway.
About time the bloba and the "law" learnt to understand they were not elected to Govern and make rules and laws.
And this liberal elites need to under stand that to end racism it mean both ways otherise harmoney will never be achieved.
It's almost as if the elites want to cause division.
