When is laundry considered dirty? I know that under cloth like underwear sox and wifebeeters are considered dirty after one use but are pants and shirts considered dirty after you where them one time or till they get dirty? Towels how many times can you dry your self before you should wash it again?

i think it will depend on the person. I wear new clothes nearly every day (except bra which i use for 3-4 days), my husband wera new shirt and underwear everyday, but wears his work trousers for 4-5 days.

I change the towels probably about every 4 days

What the hell are wifebeeters???

if it smells or is stained is usuallly a good guide, otherwise it fine - too much washing ruines clothes and wastes water and detergent

for me, everything except for jeans/trousers and jumpers i change daily, unless the above get dirty in one day. otherwise they last a few wears (less than a week). towels change every week.
Blimey, kazza, it must cost you a fortune if you wear NEW clothes every day! (Only teasing - I know what you mean really!) And yes, what the hell ARE "wifebeeters"?

A wifebeeter is a white tank top that you wear under your shirt; its like a man bra.

Do yo mean an undervest?

#you even!

Ah - so I presume that's "wifebeater", on the premise that men who wear vests beat their wives. An interesting concept; fortunately I haven't worn a vest since about 1961.........
I had never heard the word "wifebeater" to describe a vest until I came to the US. Has it crossed the pond already?
