If anyone in that party creates waves they're stupid.  Mr Farage is a strong leader without whom that man probably wouldn't have a seat in parliament at all.  They need to maintain a united front.

Question Author

elon musk has suggested he would prefer lowe to lead reform. if so then there'd be a big payday...

Hopefully it's not up to Elon Musk.

Best to get these things out the way now and to a degree he has a point, Farage needs it to be a Reform Party, not a Farage Party.  But its early days for them, look how long it took Lanbour to get off the ground.

If Lowe thinks stabbing Farage in the back is the way to leadership he should look at what happened to the last back stabber - Sunak.

Musk needs to concentrate on the tasks in hand(One exploding rocket), but he is entitled to his opinion of course.

Lowe must be an idiot...

The Reform Party are only doing well thanks to the massive surge in mass illegal immigration, the Tories did SFA about it,the Labour Party are doing SFA about it.The indigenous British people are getting a wee bit pee-ed off with this invasion of undesirables and think Reform is the only political party that will deal with this issue.(God knows how, truth be told, methinks the genie has already left the bottle).

Question Author

i wonder how musk will react to that news. it is quite clear that he intends a hostile takeover of reform uk and that may also explain the recent change to its structure

You people listen to what Musk thinks?

🤣

Where on earth do you get all these conspiracy theories from, untitled?  The British public don't give two hoots about Musk.

Question Author

i get it from the fact that musk offered to make a sizeable donation to reform uk and then withdrew it when he fell out with farage. someone inside reform uk will want musk's financial backing and that will mean going after farage. what the public thinks in this case is irrelevant

The British public is not only relevant, its support is paramount.  Regardless of what Musk does without public support the party is dead.

Question Author

it's irrelevant until the next election. in the meantime i think it's pretty obvious why some in reform (such as lowe) would want musk's backing.

Your conspiracy theories are utterly bizarre.  It makes no sense to do something that, at the next election, will lose any ground gained.

Question Author

it's not a conspiracy theory. musk endorsed lowe, lowe attacked farage, lowe has suddenly been reported to the police.  musk is involving himself in rightwing parties all over europe... most prominently afd. he clearly wants to do the same to reform.

Well if that's so it won't do Reform any good.  The British Public won't go for it.

Question Author

the british public aren't going to get a say for four years. musk is offering to give reform uk an absolutely massive donation if it bends to his will... a donation so big it will give reform resources equal to or bigger than the main parties. clearly there are some people inside reform (lowe among them) who want to take him up on that.

would you switch your support away from reform uk if it aligned with elon musk naomi?

They've got a meagre five MPs.  If they don't offer what the public want they won't increase upon that - and the public won't want Musk pulling the strings.  I've never voted for Reform.

Question Author

oh i thought you had decided to support them

I've toyed with the idea but I've never voted for them.
