They both asked Zelensky questions then don't give him a chance to answer before they are both snapping at him.  I think this may have been the plan all along.  Hoping that Zelensky will come back in a few weeks and they offer him even less than he was wanting and maybe him having to accept it.  Vance saying about him disrespecting the Oval Office as he didn't wear a suit, does he say the same to Musk when he goes in wearing t shirt and a baseball cap.  I was taught that only women wear hats indoors.
