The Brexiteers argue that Brexit was a necessary step for Sovereignty and regaining control over borders. But sadly Britain didn't gain control over It's Borders. But they did get the crown stamp back.   On the other side of the coin.Brexit critics say the Country faces rising costs, trade barriers ,and weakened international standing, with businesses struggling due to additional paperwork and lost access to EU markets .Economic growth has slowed, and many industries such as finance have seen job losses and relocation to Europe. Also immigration has surged under the previous Tory Govt who called for the Referendum.   Was it worth it.....NO!..

As ive said before, our Iberian customers prefer us Brits rather than the EU lot gulliver.I am totally against Brexit, however,we are where we are....and i cant see any appetite for another referendum any time soon.

I could post a link, but as it's de rigour not to I won't.

Get more than £350m *extra* per week since Brexit.

Deskdiary 18.58. You talking your usual Basura D/D.

It makes one wonder just how much longer some will continue to shove their head in the sand and pretend that leaving the EU was a great idea.

9.02pm - I don't know what basura means, but what I do know is I have posted a fact. It would be good occasionally if you and your idiot mate could post a fact once in a while.

gully - I don't know what the £350 million a week claim has to do with the billions of Euros & other currencies that Brussels is unable to account for.

Are you missing the UK contribution to your ponzi scheme already?

D/D...basura is Spanish for trash.

The use of the term does once again make me wonder whether gulliver does or did live in  Spanish territory rather than Malta. Some of his older posts (some under his old banned user name ) were about buying property in Spain.

Not that it matters really...it's just an aside.

But that answers what basura means.

Ha... I see basura is also a Maltese word for garbage. Maybe Malta is where he lives...

"It makes one wonder just how much longer some will continue to shove their head in the sand and pretend that leaving the EU was a great idea."

And it makes one wonder just how much longer some will fail to grasp that some people craved to leave the EU, whether it was deemed a good idea or not.
