join the club dave. It looks like we are giving them back but they, on some basis that no one seems to be able to fathom, are asking for dosh too. Of course our wretched pusillanimous shower will give them what they want. I don't even understand why we are giving the islands back anyway let alone giving them money into the bargain. Perhaps the anti British can explain.

It does seem rather strange doesnt it,its like giving your house away to the local gypsy clan and paying them thousands every week for them to take your house away.Madness.But as some people say it was the Tories that started this process.Do the two main parties in this country have a brain-cell between them?

Government has got into the habit of paying out the UK public's money at any occassion. They got the idea from paying a federal block simply to avoid renewing membership fees, and now they're obsessed.  The big question is, why are they trying to give away our islands anyway ?  They haven't asked for the public's permission.
