It looks like we are giving them back but they, on some basis that no one seems to be able to fathom, are asking for dosh too. Of course our wretched pusillanimous shower will give them what they want. I don't even understand why we are giving the islands back anyway let alone giving them money into the bargain. Government has got into the habit of paying out the UK public's money at any occassion.
