Trump is a convicted felon, but was given a 'light' sentence of conditional discharge. What would he appeal against? Against his sentence?

I thought I read earlier that Mr Trump received an 'unconditional' discharge Atheist?

Pegasus. I believe he had previously been found guilty, and today was his sentencing day. He wasn't found not guilty, just given the lightest sentence available.

He's still a convicted felon which may affect him in other ways...like getting kicked out of some countries he might visit.

Yes, I mean't he received an unconditional discharge, not a conditional discharge :), it's even lesser?

Trump has been sentenced to 4 more years at the White House.

we will learn just who was sponsoring the political lawfare, staged, manoeuvring. Any guesses?

you mean when Trump I told Zelensky " indict Hunna Biden or no aid?" - Z said " Yes sirree!"

No no I err - you mean the so called pressure that Biden ( prisoner of the lizard peoplle beneath washington) exerted on the DOJ to indict Trump - o yes yes that makes far more sense  - - - on AB !

Here is the Supreme Court's judgement

https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/010925zr_2d8f.pdf

just one page readers, no long words...

I thought they would say no locus standi ( a president cant appeal straight off to the Supreme Court - no locus standi or as a standard AB rhymester might quip - no randi standi)

BUT - they say that these points can be considered by lower courts

and I think they paid attention to the likely sentence - er before it was handed down

Amazing for a clutch of originalists ( no change from the 1790 carnstitution) - Geo Washington ( Washers to some on AB) never did anything like that did he?

Spare a thought for Ms Daniels here. She described their encounter as the worst ten seconds of her life.

"Yes, I mean't he received an unconditional discharge, not a conditional discharge :), it's even lesser?"

The equivalent here is an "Absolute Discharge".

Thanks New Judge.

Isn't that a spelling mistake surely it should be a "conditional discharge" unless it's different over the pond of course!

Sorry it's looks like NewJudge answered this earlier!

given it was Trump with Stormy D, 'discharge' probably is an unfortunate term to use, whether conditional, absolute or whatever.....

If he'd lost the election I wonder what the sentence might have been?

If he had lost the Labout party wouldn't be under the pressure it now is.

X would probably have been banned.
