has maggie oliver supported a second inquiry? she doesn't seem that keen and seems much more interested in the jay recommendations being implimented

i haven't read the jay report because it's 400+ pages about one of the nastiest and most appalling subjects under the sun which is a bit much even for me. but i will grit my teeth  and get through it over the next week or so because it's evident that a lot of people like max are making assertions about it without having read it
