It seems that Labour MP's have been given a cheat sheet in order that they can answer normal everyday questions about the cost of living etc.  Is this proof that MP's are not living in the real world and need help to explain what the impact of their policies are having on us all?

does it include the cost of a Saville Row suit?

This reminds me of a television news report just before the election when the reporter asked several Labour candidates the same question - and every one of them gave exactly the same answer - word for word.  Still, it proves they do their homework I suppose.

Maybe we should be asking them who pays for their bread and milk or how much they declare it as worth to the Parliamentary Register of gifts.

Shows how fake labour are.  As if 80% of the voting population didnt know already.

There's a dangerous question for any politician: 'How much is a pint of milk?'.

I don't know how much a pint of milk costs.

Britain now has a foreign secretary who thought, on Celebrity Mastermind that Marie-Antoinette invented penicillin, along with Angela Rayner as Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, who left school at 16 (pregnant) with then and still now, has no qualifications whatsoever.

I think they need more than a cheat-sheet, and the country needs something better.

The price of a pinta depends wildly on where it's bought...or if it's delivered.

It isn't just about the price of milk, but includes items such as, the minimum wage, tax thresholds, child benefits, state pension etc.  All things that a MP should be aware of.

KHANDRO, "Angela Rayner...left school at 16 (pregnant) with then and still now, has no qualifications whatsoever."

She has an NVQ Level 2 in Social Care and the Reed employment agency states that Level 2 is equivalent to, "4-5 GCSE grades A*-C.".

'Social Care' ha ha.  'Reed employment agency' ha ha.

THECORBYLOON that's very impressive puts my H.N.D engineering into  perspsctive.

what's wrong with social care or with the reed agency then khandro? you truly can't be happy unless you are belittling other people it seems.

TCL, I dont think I hVE READ SO MUCH COBBLERS IN ALL MY LIFE, APART FROM gULLVERS THREADS.

D'oh, caught caps lock

My local Labour councillor wrote a piece in the local paper straight from the Labour playbook word for word.

The joke amongst many taking NVQ was not very qualified.

we've tried government by classicist/oxford ppe over and over again and that hasn't worked out terribly well lately has it.

Untitled still isnt working look at the Labour front bench Keir Starmer, Rachel Reeve etc.

Oh and dont forget all the Mickey Mouse degrees from Uni's to get my HND I first had to complete City & Guilds then do my HND which is now considered a degree back in my day it wasn't.
