Surely the final nail in the coffin of a career of ineptitude and farce. Priti grim.

I imagine the deciding factor was "Which country has proven genocidal skills and is cheap?"
We are not the only country trying to send asylum seekers to Rhuanda. Denmark have been in talks with the authorities there since April/21 with a view to sending their asylum seekers to Rhuanda.
Couldn’t organise a pillow fight in a dormitory.
As much use as breasts on a snake.
Priti awful, Priti inept, Priti clueless…..like we didn’t already know.
Both Sunak and Truss have supported the Rwanda project during their hustings. They were both part of Johnson’s cabinet that supported Patel. So I do not think it is a foregone conclusion that she will be removed.
She is terrible and the project is immoral, very expensive and isn’t deterring anyone, but Patel has been careful not to make an enemy of Truss, who will undoubtedly take over from Johnson.
21.41 What's happened to you Gromit This is the first time you have ever spoken any sense on A/B .......Congratulations..Well done.
i would not care about rwanda's rights records, id just send them anyway or any other country that would take the lot, no i do not care about the rights of illegal migrants economic or otherwise.
Don't just blame Priti, the 1st flight was booked, and the illegals ready to go, when it was stopped at the last minute by one anonymous prat at the ECHR in Strasbourg.

Did you know btw that the ECHR 'judges' are not all real judges, some are academics, teachers & politicians.

What I want to hear from the knockers is a realistic suggestion on how to deal with the boatloads of illegal immigrants arriving on UK shores each day.
Sink the ruddy boats & return the contents to France. The only other feasible answer is to do nothing and accept that we will be overwhelmed.
//isn’t deterring anyone//

Of course it isn't deterring anyone - because some unelected, anonymous pillock at the ECHR has prevented the scheme from operating!
i like davebro suggestion, though can't see it happening.
Place them all in landing craft and return them to a French beach from whence they came.

Tell the French that we’re paying for a service they’re failing to provide so this will be our course of action henceforth.
I’m sure the amounts will reduce dramatically after that.
//Sink the ruddy boats ....//

How can someone suggest that and how can anyone agree with that
won't happen ^^
Baz, what;s your solution to this crises.

I wouldn't only suggest it I would have DONE it as soon as it was clear this was becoming a serious problem. Crossings would have stopped altogether within a week.

Easy, look: I agree with davebro.

Plenty of knockers here from the liberal left as usual, i.e. the root of the problem. Not one solution of course and not one with any understanding of how the Home Office currently works.
there would be outrage at such an act, from all parties i believe. Though it certainly is one way to deter them from coming here in their droves.
Does anyone know how far out into the Channel in the direction of Calais, are British waters?
I think it's 3 miles from shore.
tow them back to France, and tell the French they have to deal with it.
