I've just come here for a bit of a moan.

My son sent for my granddaughter's provisional licence before Christmas and at the end of last month he received notice of insufficient payment!

The cost of said licence went up April beginning of April, but they'd had the application for over 3 months.
What a nonsense.

Could he not have applied online?

It used to be about £10 cheaper if applying online so surely price wasn't a factor originally?

That said I'm not sure they can get away with increasing the price like that seeing as it's their fault it's delayed.
