Sorry meant to c/p this in

"Zelensky takes a swipe at Ireland for 'ALMOST standing with Ukraine' while praising nations who have backed Kyiv - but says Europe was 'too slow' in imposing sanctions that could have stopped Putin"
You will upset the Irish ABers with that...
Zelensky is right- the response from the Western world has been pitiful.
what are you on about stableford? Most of the world has done a hell of a lot. This is about Ireland dragging their feet.
To be fair it can be difficult getting about in all that peat though.
The response from the Western World has been all that is, sensibly, should be. He'll quickly learn that criticising us will not do him any favours.
On the other hand, Zacs, it may just prick a few more consciences if that is necessary despite all the press coverage. I heard on the radio today that the number of Ukrainians leaving their country is stepping up now.
Maybe, but criticising those who are helping in the only practical way they can is not a great method of garnering support.

Question Author

He shouldn’t hold back.
Anyway it’s hardly a devastating assault.
It’s a bit unfair on Ireland (and Portugal) but I doubt it’s going to make too many waves.
He’s been doing this from day one
You either sulk or respond.
Sulking would be akin to looking down on the Paralympics, very bad form.
Just keep notes for future discussions after resolution.
