Rod Marsh too
A shock.......one of the true greats of cricket.
Wow 2 greats back to the pavilion. I never figured I would outlive them!
Sad news indeed, both Warne & Rod Marsh were great cricketers.

RIP Shane.
RIP Rod.
A sad day for Australian cricket, two legends in one day. RIP
RIP Shane & Rod, two of the greats. You leave a legacy.
OMG so young as well, I remember sitting up most of the night with one of my sons listening to the cricket from Australia. Must have been an Ashes England v Oz. Around about 1978 I think? Does that make sense?

R.I.P. Shane and Rod.
ladybirder....a bit later than that I think.....in the 90's.
Geoff Boycott, 81 not out!
Marsh played his first test in 1970, Warne in 1992. "Rip" is definitely what he died with the ball.
Jim Parks is England's oldest - 90 years 134 days.
Thanks sqad. My son must have been between wives then if it was in the 90's;-)
being between wives is probably the best time for a man to watch cricket, ladybirder
RIP Rod
RIP Shane

Two of cricket's great characters and exponents of the game. You will long be remembered
“Ball of the century “ Rest in peace Shane .
Exactly jno, it was the only time, wouldn't have been allowed any other LOL.
RIP Shane.
RIP Rodney.
//Geoff Boycott, 81 not out!//

Knowing Boycott, he took 110 years to get there.
