I saw this story (https://youtu.be/U8uub4sxrpQ)and I know about the gold toilet artwork which I saw on the BBC News, on June 20, 2020.
I want to know that is this story true or made up. I like to have evidence. that if this story is true or not and I searched and I find nothing please help me.

Further, I don't see where 'scandal' comes into this. It was simply the theft of a well-known artwork.
